- 1 x Base 25g Tube
- 1 x Catalyst 25g Tube
Direction to Use :-
- Provicol should be used at room temperature (approx. 18 °C – 23 °C). Lower temperatures (use of a cooled glass plate) result in extended working times.
- The Provicol catalyst and base paste are mixed in a 1 : 1 w/w ratio. For that purpose, put two equal lengths of base and catalyst paste on a mixing pad of strong, non-absorbing material or a glass plate.
- Then mix the two pastes for approximately 20 s until the material reaches a homogeneous consistency.
- Use a spatula made of plastic or stainless steel for mixing. To obtain a softer material and to keep Provicol workable for a longer period of time, add a small amount of vaseline.
- A harder and faster setting material is obtained by adding zinc oxide (temporary sealing).
