Indications:

1. Negotiate the coronal third of the canal using file #10.

2. Use the Open File to prepare the coronal third and establish straight-line access.

3. Irrigate the canal.

4. Using an apex locator, negotiate the canal with file #10 in a watch-winding motion to full working length to establish a patent canal pathway.

5. Irrigate the canal.

6. Use an F One file (#25/04 or #25/06, depending on canal width) to full working length in a pecking motion (in-and-out movement to a depth of 3 mm) for 3 repetitions. Irrigate the canal, then repeat the process until full working length is reached.

7. Irrigate the canal.
