Direction to UseCharging:
Before using the curing light for the first time, recharge the battery for at least 4 hours.
Connect the plug of the adapter to the AC100V~240V power supply.
Connect the output plug of the adapter to the DC 5V input plug of the charging cradle.
Place the main unit into the charging cradle.
Allow the battery to fully charge, and then unplug the adapter.
Mode and Time Setting:
Press the mode button to select the working mode (High or Norm).
The corresponding indicator will illuminate when a mode is set.
Press the time button to set the solidifying time according to the selected mode.
High Mode: Choose between 1 second (1S) or 3 seconds (3S).
Norm Mode: Choose between 5 seconds (5S), 10 seconds (10S), 15 seconds (15S), or 20 seconds (20S).
Operation:
Position the top of the main unit at the desired area for solidification.
Press the power button to activate the curing light.
A “di” sound will indicate the light is working, and the LED will emit blue light.
The countdown time will be displayed on the screen.
Once the countdown reaches 0, the work is complete, and the screen will return to the set time.
To stop the operation at any time, press the power switch button.
For immediate consecutive use, short-press the button to start the next working cycle.
Note: If the main unit becomes significantly hot, turn off the device until it cools down. Avoid continuous illumination for more than 10 times.
Low Power and Charging:
The main unit has a low-power detection circuit.
When low power is detected, the battery symbol display LED will flash.
Charge the device promptly by connecting the adapter and placing the main unit into the charging cradle.
The Charge LED will turn red during charging.
Ensure a good connection between the main unit and the charging cradle by pressing the buckle firmly.
Clean the top of the main unit with a clean cloth to maintain light intensity and prevent contamination.
Safety Precautions:
Always wear a disposable isolation cover before using the machine.
Aim the light straightly at the resin to ensure proper solidification.
Use the original light hood provided to protect your eyes from blue light. Avoid direct exposure to eyes.
Only use the original adapter provided, as other brands may damage the circuit.
Avoid touching the charging point of the main unit with metal or conductive materials to prevent damage or short circuit.
Charge the battery in a cool and ventilated environment.
Do not disassemble the lithium battery, as it may cause circuit short or electrolyte leakage.
Avoid squeezing, shaking, or short-circuiting the battery. Do not store the battery with metal materials.
Ensure proper use of the device in accordance with safety classifications and contraindications mentioned in the manual.
